An ancient maxim found in the Dhammapada sums up the practice of the Buddha's teaching in three simple guidelines to apply: avoid all evil, do all good, and keep calm mind. The three principles form a graded sequence of steps progressing from the outside and to prepare to go inward. When applied, Each step leads naturally assume the culmination of the three in purification of mind makes that person vastly expanded practice Buddhist practitioners need to reach. Purification of mind as understood in the teachings of the Buddha is a long-term persistent efforts to cleanse the mind of negativity, the dominant unwholesome run beneath the surface stream of consciousness harming thoughts private, values, behavior and your actions. The chief among the defilements are the three that the Buddha called the "roots of evil" - greed, hatred, and delusion - from which emerge on the surface with variations such as: anger and cruelty, greed and envy, pride and arrogance, stubbornness and arrogance, and also know how many misperceptions. Contemporary attitudes do not look favorably upon such notions as annoying Brain and purity, and the first point that they can refer to you as an old-fashioned morality, perhaps only appropriate in an era when prudery and taboo dominant, but not may require you to separate modern life. Admittedly, not all wallow in the mire of material and many of you find enlightenment and the high spiritual level, but you want them on our own terms, and you like the traditional holder of the new freedom we believe they have achieved after Experience not necessary any introspection, personal change, or self-control. However, in the words of Buddha righteous standards of enlightenment lies precisely in purity of mind. The purpose of all insight and enlightened understanding is to liberate the mind from the negativity, and salvage Nirvana means, is defined quite clearly as freedom from greed, hatred, and delusion anesthesia. From the perspective of the teachings of pure negativity and not default to a rigid morality, but with sustainable facts essential to a correct understanding of the human values in the world . As facts of lived experience, defilement and purity pose a vital distinction have a crucial significance for those who seek deliverance from suffering. They represent the two points between which the path to liberation unfolds - the former problem itself, is the starting point, then the determination and end. The Buddha said that the negativity, lies at the bottom of all human suffering. Burned by lust and attachment, or anger and hatred, which devastated the soul, life, hope, and civilizations, and drive us blind and thirsty through the round birth and death. The Buddha describes the defilements as bonds, fetters, hindrances, and knots; for thence the path to open the bonds, liberation, and liberation, removing the bondage, while people practitioner achieve inward cleansing. Practice the purity must be applied where the defilements arise, it is in the self interest and principal methods of teachings to practice meditation for purifying the mind. Meditation, in the Buddhist training, is neither a quest for ecstasy, or techniques for applying self-treatment of heart disease, but a carefully devised method of mental development, with accurate and theory practical efficiency - to achieve inner purity and spiritual freedom. The principal tools of Buddhist meditation are the core elements of spiritual capacities, mindfulness, concentration, and understanding. But the practice of meditation, we are strengthened and linked together in a self-purification process to salvage the roots cessation negativity and contacts, to even the subtle negativity also no remnant. Since all defiled states of consciousness are born from ignorance the most deeply embedded defilement, should the cessation and end of the purification is done through the means of wisdom, perception and vision of the real nature of the measures. But wisdom does not arise due to chance or random good intentions, but only in a purified mind. So let wisdom be present and complete the mind is purified by the eradication of defilements, we first have to create a temporary space for the mind - it is the purification of whether temporary and weak point, remains essential as a foundation for the emergence of enlightened awareness. To achieve a pure mind to begin with insight. Therefore, to get rid of the negativity, you first realize and detect them at work infiltrating and dominating thoughts and your daily life. In countless eons, you have to act motivated by greed, hatred, and delusion, and therefore reflect the pure mind can not be done quickly, as you require results soon. The task requires patience, diligence and persistence - and the Buddha explicitly directed, in the morning. Out of compassion, Buddha showed you the antidote according to negativity, to conquer and get rid of it. By thinking and apply teachings subtly, gradually you will wash away the pollution internally, solidification and finally, end the suffering, and mind completely freed of all defilements.
