That's four foundations of mindfulness.  Which four? This, monks, such as monks living body in the body shop. Again, monks, monks go, insight: "I go", or standing, insight: "I stand", or sit, insight: "I sit", or lying, insight: "I lie". The body is used, how he did such knowledge the body. He lives contemplating the body in the body internally; or he lives contemplating the body in the foreign body; or he lives contemplating the body in the body internally, externally; and he lived on the body consistent nature arise; or he lives in the body shop cessation nature; or he lives in the body shop being destroyed nature. "There are bodies here," he abides mindful that, with hope toward right knowledge, awareness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to something in life. This, monks, such as monks living body in the body shop. Again, monks, monks, when strode up and down, knew what he was doing; when looking to look back, to know what he was doing; when bending, the stretch, knew what he was doing; while wearing shirt Sanghati (Sangha pear), carrying the bowl, carrying medicine, knew what he was doing; eating, drinking, chewing, tasting, knew what he was doing; when defecating, urinating, knew what he was doing; when walking, standing, sitting, sleeping, waking, speaking, silence, knew what he was doing. Thus, he lives contemplating the body in the body internally; or foreign body in the living body shop; or live contemplating the body in the body internally, externally. Or he lived on the body consistent nature arise; or live in the body shop cessation nature; or live birth and death nature of the body shop. "There are bodies here," he abides mindful that, with hope toward right knowledge, awareness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to something in life. This, monks, such as monks living body in the body shop. Again, monks, monks contemplate this body, under the feet upwards, on to the hair bowed, surrounded by leather and filled with impure material difference. In this body, "this is the hair, hair, nails, teeth, skin, flesh, tendons, bones, kidneys, bone marrow, heart, liver, diaphragm, spleen, lungs, intestines, mesentery, stomach, feces, bile , sputum (mucus), pus, blood, sweat, fat, tears, grease the skin, saliva, pus, water joints, urine. " This, monks, as well as a bag of toys, double-headed drum filled with granules, such as rice, wheat, chickpeas, beans large, sesame, rice has been milled before. A person with eyes, pour the seeds out and observed him: "This is a grain of rice, the grain here, this is the green beans, peas this is great, this is the sesame, rice grain is milled and then". Again, monks, monks observe this body of the world and the location of ordering the world: "In this body with great location, great waterway, the fire and the wind." This, monks, as a skillful butcher, or a disciple of the butcher killed a cow, cut divide each body part sits at the crossroads. Also, this, monks, monks observe this body on the international position and arrangement of the world: "In this body with great location, great waterway, the fire and the wind." Thus, he lives contemplating the body in the body internally; or foreign body in the living body shop; or live contemplating the body in the body internally, externally. Or he lived on the body consistent nature arise; or live in the body shop cessation nature; or live birth and death nature of the body shop. "There are bodies here," he abides mindful that, with hope toward right knowledge, awareness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to something in life. Again, monks, monks like to see a corpse thrown away in the cemetery one day, two days, three days, the body was swelling up, dark blue back, ragged rot out. Monks contemplating the body was as follows: "This body is such nature, nature is thus not beyond his qualities". Thus he lives contemplating the body in the body internally; or foreign body in the living body shop; or live contemplating the body in the body internally, externally. Or he lived on the body consistent nature arise; or live in the body shop cessation nature; or live birth and death nature of the body shop. "There are bodies here," he abides mindful that, with hope toward right knowledge, awareness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to something in life. This, monks, such as monks living body in the body shop. Again, monks, monks like to see a corpse thrown away in the cemetery, the crows are eating, or eating hawk species, or is the vulture feeding birds, or dogs eating, or eating species can assume, or eating insects. Monks contemplating the body was as follows: "This body is such nature, nature is thus not beyond his qualities". Thus he lives contemplating the body in the body internally; or foreign body in the living body shop; or live contemplating the body in the body internally, externally. Or he lived on the body consistent nature arise; or live in the body shop cessation nature; or live birth and death nature of the body shop. "There are bodies here," he abides mindful that, with hope toward right knowledge, awareness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to something in life. This, monks, such as monks living body in the body shop. This, monks, again, monks like to see a corpse thrown away in the cemetery, with the skeletons are linked together, and sticky flesh and blood, the veins also tied ... with the skeletons are linked together, no longer stick but bloody meat, also tied the veins ... with meat bones no longer sticky, sticky blood, the veins also tied up, just there is no sticking together bones, scattered here and there. Here is the hand bones, foot bones here is, here is the bone pipe, here's thigh bone, here is the butt bone, here is the backbone, here is the first bone. Or he lived on the body consistent nature arise; or he lives in the body shop cessation nature; or he lives in the body shop being destroyed nature. "There are bodies here," he lived such mindfulness, with hope toward right knowledge, awareness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment for anything in the world. This, monks, such as monks living body in the body shop. Again the monks, monks like to see a body being thrown away in the graveyard, only white bones whole shells ... only a pile of bones longer than three years ... just a bone become rotten flour. Monks contemplating the body was as follows: "This body is such nature, nature is thus not beyond his qualities". Thus he lives contemplating the body in the body internally; or foreign body in the living body shop; or live contemplating the body in the body internally, externally. Or he lived on the body consistent nature arise; or live in the body shop cessation nature; or live birth and death nature of the body shop. "There are bodies here," he lived such mindfulness, with hope toward right knowledge, awareness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to something in life. This, monks, such as monks living body in the body shop. This, monks, how the monks lived on the life expectancy shop? This, monks, the monks here feeling optimistic feeling, insight: "I feel optimistic life"; the unpleasant feeling, insight: "I feel unpleasant"; feeling any pain when unpleasant feeling, insight: "I feel no pain no pleasures." Or the feeling of physical pleasures, insight: "I feel optimistic life of matter"; or the feeling of not belonging to the physical pleasures, insight: "I'm feeling not in material pleasures." Or the unpleasant feeling of material and insight: "I feel pain of physical life"; or the unpleasant feeling of not belonging to the material and insight: "I feel unpleasant material does not belong." Or when feeling any pain regardless of physical pleasures, insight: "I'm feeling any pain regardless of physical pleasures"; or when feeling any pain regardless of the material pleasures not, insight: "I feel no pain any material pleasures not belong." Thus, he lives on the internal life expectancy shop; or live on the foreign life expectancy shop; or living on the internal life expectancy shop, foreign life. Or he lived on the customary nature arise life, or life on the customary nature expectancy of cessation; or living on the customary nature life being destroyed. "There is life here," he lived such mindfulness, hoping toward right knowledge, awareness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to something in life. This, monks, so monks living on the life expectancy shop. This, monks, how the monks lived a care in mind? This, monks, here, monks, the mind is engaged, insight: "The mind has to participate"; or the mind is not involved, insight: "Mind is not involved". Or the golf center, insight: "Mind courts" or the mind is not the field, insight: "Tim does not pitch." Or the mind has delusion, insight: "The mind has delusion"; or with non-si heart, insight: "Mind not si". Or to gather photographic mind, insight: "Mind is recorded photography". Or the wandering mind, insight: "The mind is wandering." Or with a generous heart, insight: "Tam is generous"; or with no generous heart, insight: "Mind is not generous." Or the finite mind, insight: "finite mind." Or the supreme mind, insight: "Mind supreme". Or with the mind, insight: "The mind has to"; or with a mind to, insight: "Mind not to". Or with freedom of mind, insight: "The mind has freed"; or the mind is not liberated, enlightened wisdom: "Mind is not liberation". Thus he lived in the heart of inner consistency; or living on the eccentric center bar; or interested in the inner life bar, eccentric. Or live on the interest customary nature arise; or live on the center bar cessation nature; or live on the interest being defeated customary nature. "There is interest here", he lived such mindfulness, with hope toward right knowledge, awareness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to something in life. This, monks, is so consistent, monks lived on the heart center. This, monks, how the monks lived on the customary legal measures? This, monks, here, shop, monks lived on the legal measures for the five hindrances. And this, monks, is how customary law, monks living on the slopes of the law for years? This, monks, here, there, monks inner craving, insight: "Inner craving I"; inner or no craving, insight: "Inner I have no craving". And with this craving arises unborn, so he insight; and with the birth of this craving is eradicated, so he insight; and the craving has been eradicated, the future does not arise any more, so he insight. Or inner with anger, insight: "I have anger Inner"; or inner without anger, insight: "Inner I have no hatred". And with this being not anger arise, so he insight; and the hatred was born, this is eradicated, so he insight; and the anger has been eradicated, the future does not arise any more, so he insight. Or have more deep inner sloth, insight: "I have more deep Inner torpor"; or no more deep inner sloth, insight: "Inner I have no more deep torpor." And the dullness of this torpor arise unborn, so he insight; and the drowsiness torpor has been eradicated this birth, so he insight; and the drowsiness torpor has been eradicated, the future does not arise any more, so he insight. Or inner with foreign Trao, insight: "I have Trao Inner currencies"; Trao inner or no exchange, insight: "I have no Trao Inner currencies". And with this Trao unborn exchange arising, he insight so; and with this bore exchange Trao be eradicated, so he insight; and with foreign Trao was eradicated, the future does not arise any more, so he insight. Or interior of any doubt, insight: "Inner I have suspected"; or interior no doubt, insight: "I do not have any doubt Inner". And with this being not comfortable being run, so he insight; and with this being suspected of being eradicated, so he insight; and the facilities have been eradicated, the future does not arise any more, so he insight. Thus he lived on the customary law internal law; or live on the foreign law legal consistency; or living on the internal consistency measures legal, other measures. Or he lived on the customary legal nature arise; or life bar on the legal nature of cessation; or life bar on the legal nature being destroyed. "There are legal here," he lived such mindfulness, with hope toward right knowledge, awareness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to something in life. This, monks, such as legal, monks lived on the legal bar for five hindrances. Again, monks, monks lived on the customary legal measures against five aggregates. This, monks, how the monks lived on the customary legal measures against five aggregates? This, monks, monks thought: "This is excellent, this is a collective identity, this is a sharp extinction. This is life, this is the group life, this is anti-life. This is great, this is great practice; Here is a great kill. This is the issue, this is a collective act, this is the kill. This is knowledge, this is the collective knowledge, this is the formula Removal ". Thus, he lives on the internal law legal consistency; or live on the foreign law legal consistency; or living on the internal consistency measures legal, other measures. This, monks, is so consistent, monks lived on the legal measures for the six internal and external origin. Again, monks, monks lived on the customary law of the Seven Enlightenment legal expenses. This, monks, how the monks lived on the customary law of the Seven Enlightenment legal expenses? This, monks, monks here have anniversary inner enlightenment, insight: "I have the idea Inner Enlightenment"; or no concept of inner enlightenment, insight: "Inner I have no notion of enlightenment." And with this concept unborn enlightenment arises, so he insight, enlightenment and the concept was born, this is the park to practice, so he insight. Or, have the legal inner enlightenment ... (as above) ... or inner enlightenment with diligence ... (as above) ... or inner enlightenment with joy ... (as above) ... or inner enlightenment there is calm ... (as above) ... or with the inner enlightenment ... (as above) ... or inner enlightenment there is discharge, insight: " I have discharged inner enlightenment "; no discharge or inner enlightenment, insight: "I have no discharge Inner Enlightenment". And with this discharge unborn enlightenment arises, so he insight, enlightenment and the discharge bore is now a member of practice, so he insight. Thus he lived on the customary law internal law; or live on the foreign law legal consistency; or living on the internal consistency measures legal, other measures. Or he lived on the customary legal nature arise; or life bar on the legal nature of cessation; or life bar on the legal nature being destroyed. "There are legal here," he lived such mindfulness, with hope toward right knowledge, awareness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to something in life. This, monks, such as legal, monks lived on the legal bar for Seven Enlightenment spending. Again, monks, he lived on the legal bar for these four measures. This, monks, how the monks lived on the customary legal measures against these four? This, monks, here, monks realistic insight: "This is suffering"; realistic insight: "This is Suffering"; realistic insight: "This is the Cessation of Suffering"; realistic insight: "This is the path leading to the Cessation of Suffering." Thus, he lives on the internal law legal consistency; or live on the foreign law legal consistency; or living on the internal consistency measures legal, other measures. Or he lived on the customary legal nature arise; or life bar on the legal nature of cessation; or life bar on the legal nature being destroyed. "There are legal here," he lived such mindfulness, with hope toward right knowledge, awareness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to something in life. This, monks, is so consistent, monks lived on the legal measures for these four. This, monks, the four foundations of mindfulness practice does this so in seven years, he could see one of the following two results: One is the chief witness in the position right now, or if the remaining residual organic medicine, then Any refund attained. This, monks, do not need anything up to seven years, a certain four foundations of mindfulness practice is so in six years, five years, four years, three years, two years, one year, he can show one of the following two results: one is the chief witness in the position right now, or if he was surplus property, then attained Any refund. This, monks, do not need anything up to a year, a public four foundations of mindfulness practice in seven months, he was able to witness one of the following two results: One is the chief witness in the position right now, or if organic residues remaining y, then attained Any refund. This, monks, do not need anything for seven months, a public four foundations of mindfulness practice for six months, five months, four months, three months, two months, one month, half a month, the he could see one of the following two results: one is the chief witness in the position right now, or if he was surplus property, then attained Any refund. This, monks, do not need a half months, a public four foundations of mindfulness practice in seven days, he could see one of the following two results: One is the chief witness in the position right now, two if organic residues remaining y, then attained Any refund ... this, monks, this is the only way leading to pure beings, beyond the sorrow, suffering eradicate priority, political accomplishment, enlightenment Nirvana. That's four foundations of mindfulness. Exalted such preaching.
