Mahasatipatthana Sutta.
(Maha SATIPATHANA SUTTANTA)
1. One time, the Exalted in origin Kuru,
(sentence-long). Kammassadhamma (Alkaline iron talks ma) is the

Monks Bhagavan
replied, "O Exalted." Bhagavan says as follows:
- Hey Monks, this is the only way, leading to
pure beings, beyond the sorrow, overcome pain and grief, achievements chief
justice realization of Nibbana. It is the Four Foundations of
Mindfulness.
What are the four? This Monks, where monks
lived, contemplating the body in the body, enthusiasm, awareness, mindfulness,
to overcome covetousness in life; live life on life bar, enthusiasm, awareness,
mindfulness, to overcome covetousness in life; life interest on interest, enthusiasm,
awareness, mindfulness, to overcome covetousness in life; customary law on the
legal life, enthusiasm, awareness, mindfulness, to overcome covetousness in
life.
2. Monks Hey, how are bhikkhu lives
contemplating the body in the body?
This Monks, here bhikkhu went to the forest,
go to a tree, or go to the empty house, and sat miserably-old, straight back and
dwell in front of mindfulness. Awareness, he breathe; mindful, he breathes out.
Long
inhalation, he knowledge the "I breathe in long '; or breathing out long, he
tri Property; "I breathe out long '; or breathe in short, he
knowledge the "I breathe in short"; or breathing out short, he tri wisdom: "I am
breathing out short". Feeling the whole body, I will breathe in, "he set;"

Thus, he lived, contemplating the body in the
body internally or externally live contemplating the body; or lives contemplating
the body in the body internally, externally; or he dwells contemplating the nature arising
out of the body; or live in the body shop cessation nature;
or live
birth and death nature of the body shop. "Yes dear here," he abides mindful that, with
hope towards the right knowledge, mindfulness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to
anything in the world. This Monks, such bhikkhu lives contemplating the body
in the body.
3. Again, the Monks, Monks go, intellectual
knowledge: "I go"; or standing, knowledge the "I stand"; or sitting, knowledge the
"I sit"; or
lying, knowledge the "I lie." The body is used, how he knew how close
it.
He lives contemplating the body in the body
internally; or he lives contemplating the body in the foreign
body; or he
lives contemplating the body in the body internally, externally. Or he dwells
contemplating the nature arising out of the body; or he dwells
contemplating the nature of cessation of the body; or he dwells
contemplating the nature of being out on the body. "Yes dear here," he
abides with mindfulness so hopefully toward right knowledge, mindfulness.
He lived not
to rely on, no attachment to something in life. This Monks, such bhikkhu
lives contemplating the body in the body.
4. Again, the Monks, Monks, the next step,
step back, and knew what he was doing. When looking forward, looking back, knew what he was
doing. When
bending to stretching knew what he was doing. When wore Sanghati (Sangha pear), bearing a
bowl, bring health, knew what he was doing. When eating, drinking, chewing, tasting, knew
what he was doing. When defecation, urination, knew what he was doing.
When
walking, standing, sitting, lying, knew what he was doing.
Thus he lives contemplating the body in the
body internally; or lives contemplating the body in the foreign body;
or lives
contemplating the body in the body internally, externally. Or he dwells
contemplating the nature arising out of the body; or live in the body shop
cessation nature; or live birth and death nature of the body shop.
"Yes dear
here," he abides mindful that, with hope towards the right knowledge of
mindfulness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to
something in life. This Monks, such bhikkhu lives contemplating the body
in the body.
5. Again this Monks, Monks observe this body,
under the feet upwards, on to the initiation of hair, covered by skin and full
of impurities difference: "In this body, Here's hair, hair, nails, teeth, skin,
flesh, tendons, bone, kidney, bone marrow, heart, liver, diaphragm, spleen,
lungs, intestines, intestinal membrane, stomach, feces, bile, phlegm (concept
translated) , pus, blood, sweat, fat, tears, grease skin, saliva, pus, water in
the joints, urine. "

Thus he lives contemplating the body in the
body internally; or lives contemplating the body in the foreign body;
or lives
contemplating the body in the body internally, externally. Or he dwells
contemplating the nature arising out of the body; or live in the body shop
cessation nature; or live birth and death nature of the body shop.
"Yes dear
here," he abides mindfulness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to
something in life. This Monks, so monks living body in the body
shop.
6. Again the Monks, Monks observe this body
position on the world and setting the world: "In the body of this great place,
great waterway, the fire and great style."
This Monks, as a skilled butcher, or a
disciple of a butcher killed a cow, sitting dismembering each body part at a
crossroads. Also the Monks, monks observe the relative position
of the world and of ordering the world: "In the body of this great place, great
waterway, the fire and great style."
Thus he lives contemplating the body in the
body internally; or lives contemplating the body in the foreign body;
or lives
contemplating the body in the body internally, externally. Or he dwells
contemplating the nature arising out of the body; or live in the body shop
cessation nature; or live birth and death nature of the body shop.
"Yes dear
here," he abides mindful that, with hope towards the right knowledge,
mindfulness, and he lives no refuge, no attachment to something in life.
This Monks,
such bhikkhu lives contemplating the body in the body.
7. Again this Monks, Monks, as a body found
in a cemetery throwing them away one day, two days, three days, the body was
swelling up, dark blue, the ragged rot out. Monks was contemplating the body as follows:
"This body such as the nature, nature is thus not beyond his
qualities."
Thus he lives contemplating the body in the
body internally; or lives contemplating the body externally or
internally lives contemplating the body in the body, foreign body. Or he dwells
contemplating the nature arising out of the body; or live in the body
shop cessation nature; or live birth and death nature of the body shop.
"Yes dear
here," he abides mindful that, with hope towards the right knowledge,
mindfulness. And he lives not to rely on, no attachment to
something in life. This Monks, such bhikkhu lives contemplating the
body in the body.
8. Again the Monks, Monks see a body like
throwing them away in the cemetery were the crows eat, or the hawks eat, or eat
the bird vulture; or the dogs eat; or pounding species can eat, or eat insects.
Monks was
contemplating the body as follows: "This body such as the nature, nature is thus
not beyond his qualities."
Thus he lives contemplating the body in the
body internally; or lives contemplating the body in the foreign body;
or lives
contemplating the body in the body internally, externally. Or he dwells
contemplating the nature arising out of the body; or live in the body
shop cessation nature; or live birth and death nature of the body shop.
"Yes dear
here," he abides mindful that, with hope towards the right knowledge,
mindfulness, and he lives no refuge, no attachment to something in life.
This
Monks, such bhikkhu lives contemplating the body in the body.
9. This Monks, Monks again as a body found
discarded in a cemetery; the bones are interconnected, and sticky flesh and
blood, and the veins are tied; the bones are joined together, no longer sticky, but
still bloodied flesh, also tied the veins, the bones are joined together, no
longer sticky flesh and blood, and the veins are tied; not only with bone
sticking together, scattered here and there, here is hand bones, leg bones here,
here is tibia, here is the thigh bone, here is the sacrum, here backbone, here
is the first bone. Monks was contemplating the body as follows: "This
body such as the nature, nature is thus not beyond his
qualities".
Thus he lives contemplating the body in the
body internally; or lives contemplating the body in the foreign body;
or lives
contemplating the body in the body internally, externally. Or he dwells
contemplating the nature arising out of the body; or he dwells
contemplating the nature of cessation of the body; or he dwells
contemplating the nature of being out on the body. "Yes dear here," he
abides living mindfully so, hoping toward right knowledge, mindfulness.
And he
lives not to rely on, no attachment to an object in the world. This Monks, such
bhikkhu lives contemplating the body in the body.
10. Again the Monks, Monks as a body found
in a cemetery throwing them away, just the whole bone white shells ... only a
pile of bones longer than a year ... just a become rotten bone meal.
Monks was
contemplating the body as follows: "This body such as the nature, nature is thus
not beyond his qualities."
Thus he lives contemplating the body in the
body internally; or lives contemplating the body in the foreign body;
or lives
contemplating the body in the body internally, externally. Or live customary
nature arising out of the body; or live in the body shop cessation nature;
or live
birth and death nature of the body shop. "Yes dear here," he abides living mindfully
so, hoping toward right knowledge, mindfulness. And he lives not to
rely on, no attachment to an object in the world. This Monks, such
bhikkhu lives contemplating the body in the body.
11. Monks Hey, how bhikkhu dwells
contemplating on life expectancy?
This Monks, here bhikkhu life when feeling
optimistic, said: "I feel optimistic life"; the unpleasant feeling, said: "I feel
unpleasant"; while feeling no pain no life lost, said: "I feel no
pain no life lost". Or when feeling lost physical life knowing that "I
feel optimistic life of the material." Or when feeling lost no physical life, said: "I feel
optimistic life is not physical." Or the feeling unpleasant physical, said: "I feel
unpleasant physical". Or when feeling any pain regardless of physical life
lost, said: "I feel no pain no matter of life lost." Or feel any pain when
life does not touch any of the material, said: "I feel no pain no life no
physical touch."
Thus he dwells contemplating life on the
inner life; or living on the external life expectancy shop;
or living
on the internal consistency life expectancy, foreign life. Or live customary
nature arising out of life; live or shop on the life essence cessation;
live or
shop on the nature of life being destroyed. "There is life here," he abides living
mindfully so, with hope towards the right knowledge, mindfulness. And he lives not to
rely on, no attachment to an object in the world. This Monks, such
bhikkhu dwells contemplating on life expectancy.
12. Monks Hey, how interested Monks live in
the mind?
This Monks, here monks:
"The center can take, know that the mind is
engaged"; or "The mind is not involved, know that the mind is
not involved"; or "The golf center, said that the golf center";
or "The
courts do not mind, knowing that the courts do not mind"; or "The center has si,
si know the mind"; or "The mind is not si, si not know that the mind";
or "The
heart collector photographer, photography collector knows that the mind";
or "With a
scattered mind, know that the mind is scattered"; or "With a generous
heart, know that the heart is generous"; or "With generous mind, knowing that not
generous heart"; or "The finite mind, knowing that the finite mind";
or "The
supreme mind, knowing that the supreme interest"; or "For the mind, know
that the mind"; or "For the mind, the mind does not know";
or "With
freedom of mind, knowing that the mind can escape"; or "The mind is not
liberating, freeing the mind does not know that."
So he lived interested in the inner;
or
interest on the eccentric life; or interested in the inner life, eccentric.
Or live
customary nature arising out of mind; or live on the center bar cessation nature;
consistent
identity or kill living in mind. "There is interest here," he abides living mindfully
so, with hope towards the right knowledge, mindfulness. And he lives not to
rely on, no attachment to something in life. This Monks, so monks lived interest in
mind.
13. Monks Hey, how are consistent monks live
on the legal measures?
This Monks, Monks lived here in the shop
legal action against five hindrances.
And the Monks, how monks lived on the
customary legal action against five hindrances?
This Monks, here Monks, there are inner
desires, knowledge the "Inner I desire"; inner or no desire, knowledge the saying,

knowledge the same. And with lust has been eradicated, the future does
not arise again, he knowledge the same.
Or interior with anger, that knowledge the
"Inner I have anger"; inner or no hatred, that knowledge the "Inner do not
have hatred." And with this being not anger arises, he knowledge
the same. And the hatred was born, this is annihilated, the
future does not arise again, he knowledge the same.
Or is there more deep inner hypnotic,
intellectual knowledge that: "Inner I have more deep hypnotic"; or no more deep inner
hypnotic, intellectual knowledge that: "Inner me no more deep hypnotic".
And with
more deep hypnotic unborn arise today, he knowledge the same. And with more deep
hypnotic born today are annihilated, he knowledge the same. And with more deep
hypnotic were annihilated, the future does not arise again, he knowledge the
same.
Won her inner or exchange, knowledge the
saying, "I have Trao Inner exchange"; Trao inner or no exchange, knowledge the saying, "I
do not have Trao Inner exchange". And with foreign Trao unborn arise today, he

Or inner doubt, that knowledge the "Inner I
doubt"; inner or not there is any doubt, that knowledge the
"Inner do not have any doubt." And with this being comfortable not arise, he
knowledge the same. And the suspicion of being, this is annihilated, he
knowledge the same, and the guests were annihilated, the future does not arise
again, he knowledge the same.
So he lives on the internal legal measures
consistent; legal or customary living on foreign law;
legal or
customary living on the internal law, foreign law. Or shop live on the
legal nature arise; live or shop on the legal nature of cessation;
live or
shop on the legal nature of being destroyed. "There are legal here," he abides living
mindfully so, with hope towards the right knowledge, mindfulness. And he lives not to

14. Again, the Monks, Monks live on the
customary legal action against five aggregates. Monks Hey, how are
consistent Monks live on the legal measures for the five
aggregates?
This Monks, Monks thought: "This is
excellent, this is the color of birth, identity is killed. This is life, life is
born, it is anti-life. This is great, this is the perfect birth, this is the
perfect kill. This is the issue, this is the birth, this is the killing. This is
knowledge, this is the mode of delivery, this is the formula kills ".

living on foreign law; legal or customary living on the internal law,
foreign law; live or shop on the legal nature arise; live or shop on the
legal nature of cessation; live or shop on the legal nature of being destroyed.
"There are

15. Again the Monks, Monks live customary
law on the legal origin of Foreign Affairs on Friday.
Monks Hey, how are bhikkhu dwells
contemplating legal action against six on the origin of Foreign
Affairs?
This Monks, here Monks knowledge the eye and

shop on the legal nature of being destroyed. "There are legal here"; he abides living

contemplating legal action against seven on the Enlightenment
costs.
17. Again the Monks, he dwells contemplating
legal action against four on the truth.
Monks Hey, how are bhikkhu dwells

truth: "This is suffering"; such knowledge the truth: "This is the file format";
such

Suffering? Birth is suffering, aging is suffering, (patient is
suffering), death is suffering, grief, lamentation, pain, grief, the brain is

Monks Hey, how was the sudden pain?
This

is dominant ... being sick dominant beings die ... ... beings are governed
grief, lamentation, pain, grief, brain dominant, starting expectation: "We hope

achievement. Such was the sudden pain.
Monks Hey, how are short five aggregates is
suffering? As Sac aggregates, aggregates Life, Thought

19. Monks Hey, how is the Noble Truth of
Suffering?
The craving leads to rebirth, the property
with joy and desire, seek joy here and there. As sexual love, friendship love, love very
useful.

arise where, when to dwell where they reside? In life, the loving what color, what color
the possibility of love? In life loving eye is sharp, the colors are craving.
This
craving arises when they arise there, when they dwell dwell there. In life ... in life ear
nose ... tongue in life ... in life ... in life itself is excellent cordial
attention, sharpens the charity. This craving arises when they arise there, when they
dwell dwell there.
